Finalist in the 2024 Tigers in America-Global Federation of Animal Sanctuaries annual photo and video contest to celebrate International Tiger Day.
“I was inspired by Tigers In America and my cousins efforts to give these big cats the lives they deserve. They were kind enough to task me with a painting of one of these beautiful creatures. I went right to their website for photo reference of a special tiger in their former finalists. Upon finding this photo of Jafar taken by Aela Culver. I fell in absolute love with the lighting and the fantastic spectrum of colors via the original photographer. This painting now hangs where it belongs in my cousins home. Much like the Tigers they work so hard to rescue.”
